Event Logs 10016 處理方式
我是架 SQL Cluster 碰到此問題的，覺得還蠻好玩，分享如下：
1、event viewer 中發現我沒有此元件的啟用權，但這到底是什麼權限呢? 請看第2步驟
2、找尋此元件名稱的方法，透過 registry，由路徑( HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\(CLSID的編號)\LocalService\ 下的 REG_SZ 類型即可找到。
3、找到後就開啟元件服務，如下操作圖示：
大致上是這樣了。
