前言

Azure目前有幾種付款方式：

  1. pay as you go：用多少算多少，帳單就是多少。
  2. Azure In Open：類似儲值卡的概念，一單位為100美元，約台幣3100元(依下單時匯率而有所差異)。
    一個product key(序號)就是一張訂單，一張訂單可以有多個單位的Azure In Open，可要求經銷商微調下單方式。(e.g. 10單位可以分成5單位*2)
    註：product key五年內要啟用，啟用後的額度一年內要用完。
  3. 與微軟簽署Enterprise合約(EA)
  4. 預付12個月的訂閱額度

我們如何知道額度快不足了呢？
Azure前陣子出了一個功能：Billing Alert(付款警示)
能讓我們在第一時間就收到信件，知道Azure額度不足或快要過期…等等的訊息。

概念

當客戶向微軟經銷商購買Azure In Open授權，啟用序號後就會儲值其中的額度，對於額度的管理，預設有兩種警示。

  1. Reload Balance - 當啟用的product key額度<=30%時會寄信提醒您所設定的電子郵件收件者。
  2. Reload Expiry - 當啟用的product key離到期日只剩30天時，會寄信提醒您所設定的電子郵件收件者。
    -序號啟用後只能使用一年，也就是說，啟用序號滿十一個月時會發信通知。

限制

目前最多只能自訂三個Billing Alert。

實作

以下介紹自訂一個Alert的設定。

  1. 進入Azure訂閱的帳戶管理畫面，選擇Azure In Open訂用帳戶：

  2. 進入後點選「警示」(目前是preview功能)

  3. 選擇「加入警示」

  4. 輸入自訂的「警示名稱」(這不會顯示在mail主旨)、「警示對象」(通常會選擇訂用帳戶剩餘信用額度)+「餘額金額」、「電子郵件收件者」

  5. 當Azure餘額少於您設定的金額時，就會收到email通知

《補充》
信件主旨統 一格式會是：[BILLING ALERT] - Less than nt$17,200 of credit remaining for Azure in Open owned by Someone，
若是多個訂閱的管理者，管理起來一定會很不方便，因為Billing Alert大多都是統一寄給同一個管理者，因此我們可以自訂部分的主旨。

到Azure帳戶管理畫面，點選Azure In Open

設定「編輯訂用帳戶詳細資料」，並自訂好辨認的名稱，往後在收到Alert通知的時候就可以知道是哪個訂閱快沒額度囉！
