Office 365 管理者日誌 (8) 備份組織中所有OneDrive檔案
OneDrive for Business基本上是屬於個人所有，但全域管理員可更改存取OneDrive for Business的權限。
更改OneDrive存取權限
1.進入SharePoint系統管理中心。
2.進入使用者設定檔>管理使用者設定檔。
3.搜尋欲備份資料的使用者帳號，對設定檔點選右鍵>管理網站集合擁有人。
4.將管理員帳號加入網站集合管理員中。
備份使用者OneDrive
1.進入OneDrive後，更改網址中的帳號為使用者帳號，便可以進入使用者的OneDrive進行同步處理。
2.或是從右下角OneDrive圖示中點選同步處理新的文件庫。
3.點選改為同步處理其他文件庫。
4.更該網址中的帳號使用者帳號。
